Your goal for the consultation

The clearer the goal, the more useful our time together. At the end of the meeting we will look back at it together.

What would you like to have achieved or solved by the end of our consultation? Be as specific as you can, and think about what can realistically change within one meeting. For example: “understand why breastfeeding hurts and know what to change at the next feed”, “have a bedtime routine we can start tonight”, “know a few ways to calm my baby when she cries”, “know what helps me cope in labour and how my partner can help”.

How will you know the consultation has helped?What will you leave with? For example: “I understand what is causing the pain and know what to try”, “I have a routine to try for the next week”, “I know when and where to ask for more help”, “I feel calmer when I think about labour”.

On a scale of 0 to 10, how close do you feel to that goal right now? 0 = nowhere near, 10 = already there

I use it only to prepare for our consultation and to contact you about it. It is stored securely and is not shared with anyone else or used for marketing.

If we do not go on to work together, I delete it within 12 months.
