Why baby massage?
The course teaches a range of strokes, movements and ways of reading your baby’s cues. Most parents find that the real benefit is confidence: a shared language of touch, and the sense that you know what your baby is telling you.
Many parents find that regular massage helps their baby settle, and it is often used to ease wind and teething discomfort.
