What does the it include?
As a Bach Remedy consultant, I allow clients to talk about themselves in a friendly, non-judgmental environment. During the consultation, I will try to recognise the signs of the emotional states that prevent you from living comfortably.
After the discussion, I will create a composition with flower essences that will help restore the balance of the emotional states. The remedy is recommended to be taken for two weeks and then come for a follow-up appointment to assess and correct the remedy accordingly to the emotional state
Although the flower essences impact our mental well-being, they can also be used to treat physical illnesses, as our emotions are closely linked with the body, as psychosomatics proves.
Covid-19 makes us feel more anxious in everyday life, which can be corrected with Bach therapy.
